To incentivize innovative inventions beneficial to the company and quantify innovative concepts, and to establish intellectual property with market value, we have developed rigorous intellectual property protection measures. These include effective management to enhance the application of intellectual property rights and prevent intellectual property leakage. We have formulated Intellectual Property Management Guidelines and Integrity Operating Guidelines, and require employees to sign Confidentiality Agreements upon joining the company, which govern the protection of company intellectual property and trade secrets.

   There were no incidents of employees leaking trade secrets in the fiscal year 2023.
